Hélène Bernicot appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Arkéa Group
The Board of Directors of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, meeting today, appointed Hélène Bernicot as Chief Executive Officer of the group, subject to approval by the supervisor. Thanks to his involvement and his strength of conviction, Arkéa has become a pioneer of transformation in the banking industry and has been able to deliver, year after year, a remarkable growth trajectory. On behalf of all our employees and directors, I wish him every success in his endeavors.

Crédit Mutuel Arkéa* signs a protocol agreement regarding the split of the Crédit Mutuel Massif Central federation
Crédit Mutuel Arkéa signed today a protocol agreement with Caisse Fédérale de Crédit Mutuel and the Crédit Mutuel Massif Central federation defining the terms of the separation of the Crédit Mutuel Massif Central federation, which will take place on 1st January 2020.
The signature of this protocol is the result of the negotiation process initiated last February with Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale and the Crédit Mutuel Massif Central federation, in compliance with the fundamental principle of the decision-making autonomy of local savings banks, since Crédit Mutuel Massif Central's local savings banks have expressed their desire to change their inter-federal bank.
This negotiation process took place in a respectful climate and in good faith. It reflects the constructive relations that the Arkéa group wishes to establish with the Confédération Nationale du Crédit Mutuel, as part of the forthcoming discussions on the Arkéa group's independence process, once the discussions with supervisors have been finalised.
