A three-step process

Our hiring process takes into account applicants’ personal and professional attributes and places emphasis on efficiency, transparency and respect.
The process begins with a review of your application. If selected, you will be asked to take psychometric tests. Based on the results, an interview will be set up with two company representatives, who will decide whether to offer you a job in consultation with the entities concerned. You will be informed of the interview results by email or phone.
The process is identical regardless of an applicant’s level of education and experience.

Every year, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa holds an orientation session for its new employees to present the Group’s organization, strategy and major projects. Led by Crédit Mutuel Arkéa managers, the session also provides insight into the Group’s various businesses and their related challenges.


Depending on your job, Human Resources conducts training and onboarding programs in Crédit Mutuel Arkéa’s various companies to supplement the initial orientation session.


For example, every employee hired by a branch network participates in a training program that lasts several months, with the aim of gaining the basic skills necessary for becoming a banking and insurance advisor.
