Created in 2012, Arkéa Assistance is Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's newest subsidiary. It is authorized as a “personal services" company that offers remote assistance to individuals who live alone or are elderly or dependent.
It demonstrates the Group's willingness to remain open to new businesses and to develop services that facilitate and improve the daily lives of its customer shareholders and clients.
Remote assistance allows isolated individuals to be connected to a call center in the event of an anxiety attack, fall, sudden weakness or intrusion. Depending on the situation, the call center contacts relatives and, if necessary, emergency services.
Arkéa Assistance offers a solution that combines:

innovation, with an exclusive device and a mobile app for when the customer is away from home,
and flexibility, as there is no time obligation for the customer.
