Serves as moderator of the Board of the savings bank. Organizes and monitors the Board's work. Makes every effort to engage and motivate the Board members through the information he provides to them, the responsibilities he assigns to them and his willingness to listen to them;
Ensures adherence to the budgets for which he is responsible and is involved in the annual certification of the savings bank's financial statements;
Sees to it that the Board provides proper representation and plays a major role in recruiting new directors wishing to participate in the savings bank's governance;
Represents and acts as a spokesperson for the savings bank's customer shareholders at Crédit Mutuel Arkéa's Annual Shareholders' Meeting.
