Launched in September 2013, Paylib answers the needs for Internet purchases simplification and security. This solution, based on card payment, has already been adopted by more than 300,000 users and 700 e-merchants. Paylib was conceived to improve French inter-banking collaboration that materializes today with the approval by Cartes Bancaires Group of its payment solution and is positioned as the digital wallet in France for e-commerce and m-commerce.
Thanks to an agreement with MasterCard, Paylib will offer its users access to the global MasterPass acceptance network. Paylib users will be able to shop at over 60,000 participating MasterPass merchants in 13 countries around the world. The ability for Paylib users to checkout with MasterPass will be effective in 2015.
