Reinventing the customer experience

In a constantly changing banking world, the branch office remains the preferred meeting place for customers and their advisors. Crédit Mutuel Arkéa has created a new branch concept in response to the changing practices and expectations of its clients and customer shareholders. This new format is being tested out in the Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne, Crédit Mutuel du Sud-Ouest and Crédit Mutuel Massif Central regions.

Private label

Crédit Mutuel Arkéa’s business-to-business (BtoB)* activities, which were launched in the late 1980s through distribution agreements with third-party branch networks, are generating additional growth thanks to private label banking services.
